Hello, I’m Penny George, founder of Talu Coaching, where transformation begins with conversation. As a coach with over 20 years of experience, I specialise in helping professionals shift their mindset, break through barriers, and create lasting confidence and success.
My career has been anything but conventional. From leading high-performing sales teams in the art world to developing training programmes for businesses and colleges, including sales and personal development. , I’ve always been driven by a passion for growth—both mine and others’.
I thrived in B2B technology sales and account management, gaining invaluable commercial insight, and have worked extensively in sales, coaching, and training, mentoring teams, working with high-net-worth clients, and helping individuals achieve ambitious personal and professional goals.
Alongside this, I built my own coaching practice, supporting professionals in overcoming stress, self-doubt, and career transitions.
Life itself has been my greatest teacher. Raised by a strong matriarch after losing my father at a young age, I learned that resilience isn’t just about enduring challenges—it’s about evolving through them. Marriage, divorce, remarriage, and raising a blended family have deepened my understanding of personal transformation.
